Our prices are subject to change.

All goods are subject to availability.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, we use the Stripe to ensure that all transactions are 100% safe.  We hold none of your credit/debit card details as these are all processed by Stripe.

Shipping And Handling

We will aim to send your order to you within 3 to 5 days. Deliveries can be made on weekends. Deliveries will be between 8am and 8pm, if you leave your contact details when ordering we can let you know a rough time prior to delivery.

Delivery is included within a 20 mile radius of our post code PA6 7AZ. If you are out with this area please contact us for delivery charges.

If goods are found to be faulty, please contact us on info@barochanfarm.co.uk

Please make sure your address is correct. If you want them left in a specific place and a non contact delivery please leave this in the notes comment at checkout.

Goods are delivered with kurbside delivery, we try to get the bags as close as possible to the desired location however they cannot be carried up steps.

 

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Refunds

If products are not in good condition, we reserve the right to refund or exchange the products.
